2022 Cowaramup Chardonnay

From a vineyard to the South East of Cowaramup, this was wild fermented in barrels without temperature control. This funky ferment with full solids took place in mostly older barriques and a couple of new. We then let the wine rest on its fine lees for 10 months in barrel
before bottling without filtration.
