Rosabrook is a cooler site, creating spice and aromatics. Wild fermentation. Fine tannins from older oak aging.
Our first full COVID vintage, labour was short, so fruit was machine harvested excluding whole bunch ferments from the option list. This vineyard also provided our Rose fruit, picked about 2 weeks later. Fermentation was wild & conducted with gentle pump overs for lighter tannin extraction. The result is a juicy, spicy & aromatic Syrah
Bottled unfined & unfiltered. Spicy, lifted and savoury.
